Cancellation and Refund

GIRGANGA PARIVAR TRUST believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

At Girganga Pariwar Trust, we strive to ensure that all donations, event bookings, and service contributions are handled with transparency and integrity. As a nonprofit social organization, we rely on your generosity to continue our mission. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Donation Policy

All donations made to Girganga Pariwar Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for any donations made via our website, bank transfer, UPI, or any other method.
If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Refunds for such errors will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Event Booking Cancellation

If you have registered for a paid event or spiritual activity hosted by Girganga Pariwar Trust and wish to cancel:
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel an event booking, please contact us at by call and mail with your name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.

3. Merchandise or Product Orders

(If applicable)

If Girganga Pariwar Trust offers physical products (e.g., books, prasad, spiritual items), cancellations are only possible before the product is shipped.
Once shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be provided unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with photographs and order details.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15–30 working days.
Refunds may take longer to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Changes to This Policy

Girganga Pariwar Trust reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
